Suffern Launches Web-Based Messaging System

Suffern, NY--The Village of Suffern is pleased to announce the launch of its web-based messaging system. Residents of the Village can go to the Village website, www.suffernvillage.com and sign up to receive e-mail and/or text message notification concerning critical Village news and alerts.
The messaging system will also be used by the Suffern Police Department. Alerts will include information on snow emergencies, snow-related parking regulations and police emergencies. The service is provided free to residents, although cell phone carriers may charge for the use of text messaging. If you have any questions, please call 357-7943.
