Vacation Care Available at New Child Care Center at Rockland Community College

- Categorized in: Lifestyle
Suffern, NY—Full-day vacation care is available at the recently expanded Campus Fun and Learn Child Development Center. Children do not need to be enrolled in the program to receive vacation care, but they must register. Space is limited.
The non-profit child care center is open to the general public as well as to the children of Rockland Community College students, faculty and staff. The Center provides care to children from six weeks of age through 12 years. In addition to providing full and part-time care and education to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, the Center offers after school and vacation care to school age children.
The Center is open year round from the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., closing only for major holidays. Children are involved in a variety of experiences throughout their day, including language activities, nature, science, cooking, literacy, art, music and more.
Busing to the after school program is provided by East Ramapo and Ramapo Central School districts.
RCC students who enroll their children may qualify for scholarships and subsidies for child care tuition, making it very affordable.
