One of my favorite things to do since we moved to Suffern two summers ago is to attend the evening concerts at the gazebo. There is always terrific music and plenty of space to run and take pictures of the band and the audience. No Exit and The Magic Touch are two terrific bands I have seen. No Exit had wonderful instruments and the members of the band played them marvelously. The Magic Touch was also terrific. Their voices were their instruments! Their music rocks! Full Article
My First Trip to Good Samaritan Hospital

We have passed the Good Samaritan Hospital numerous times even before we moved here almost two years ago, but I was never unlucky enough to have to go in. That changed on Tuesday May 12th.
It all started with a stapler. I have a history of being silly or goofy sometimes but not dangerously so. I was using my younger sister’s stapler to staple the air. When I unjammed it the stapler didn’t staple air, it stapled my finger. In fact it stapled right through my index finger and there was some blood coming out of the finger nail. Staplers have more power than I thought.

These are some of the things that I have come to associate with Challenger Little League over the years. On a closer look, "baseball for everyone", is much more literal than you might think. Challenger Little League is a baseball league that was founded in Bristol, CT in 1990, by Ed Beardsley, for kids with disabilities. The kids range from five years old, all the way up to twenty-one.
